When your contact form is filtered through our software it extracts the names and email addresses of your customers and saves them to a mailing list database. All types of information can also be filtered including the type of information they are requesting so that you can target your email campaigns accordingly. To ensure that your list is always full of clean addresses our software additionally checks the actual existence of an email address before adding it to your list. We do not keep your data on-line and additionally it is subject to stringent security data protection methods in-house.
